The Team

The Cre8ive Coffee All Stars is a passionate bunch, dedicated to our craft.  We’ve had a long association together in the coffee industry and consider ourselves to be a family.

Lindsay  (New Business & Finances – 0400 coffee). Lindsay is the closer, sealing the deals with our new customers and suppliers.  He also looks after the purse strings and ensures that we all stick to our budgets.  Lindsay’s time away from work is spent riding the roller coaster of the share market.

 

Francine (Operations Manager – 0414 553 364). Francine likes to think she’s the glue that holds it all together, ensuring that systems are in place and things are running smoothly.  Time away from work is spent keeping fit, spoiling the dogs and generally looking for the meaning of life.

 

Alex (Customer Service – 0411 745892). Alex is the face of Cre8ive Coffee, ensuring that customers are treated like extended family.  When he’s not at work, Alex loves nothing better than to hit the 4WD trails of the beautiful Gold Coast and Northern NSW hinterlands.

 

Trent (Master Roaster – 0417 479112). When he’s not roasting up a storm, Trent spends his spare time wake skating and snowboarding.  Not one to sit idle at work or play, Trent always has something on the go. From cabinet making, to building, to motorbikes, he is a master of many trades.

 

Daimen (Head Barista Trainer & Roaster- 0404 294844). Daimen lives and breathes all things coffee; he conducts weekly cupping sessions and is also responsible for developing new blends.  Daimen spends his free time adding to his impressive collection of coffee equpment.

  Bearista B. Bear(Executive Bear), or just plain ‘Bear’ to his friends, is the latest edition to the Cre8ive Coffee All Stars.  Bear brings a sense of fun to the team, and also makes a mean cup of coffee.  Away from work Bear likes to relax with a jar of honey in one hand and an award winning C8C brew in the other while watching reruns of Yogi Bear.
