School Education Day

School was in at Cre8ive Coffee HQ recently as teachers and students paid us a visit from AB Paterson College at Arundel, and recently had the pleasure of hosting the Yr 11 hospitality class for a Coffee Appreciation Session as part of their core subjects.

Students and teachers alike took part in a cupping session to get more of an insight into the varying flavours provided by different origins.  Daimen was able to pass on some of his coffee wisdom to the group and make it fun at the same time.

The students also got to see the entire process from green bean through to the cup of coffee.  There were plenty of questions from students and Lindsay did his best to provide them with the necessary details of the roasting while Daimen demonstrated the importance of grinding the beans at the correct setting to gain the most out of the coffee.

Students and teachers left C8C HQ satisfied with the experience happy to do it all again next year.
