Cupping Notes

We’ve just received a shipment of new origins including the 2010 Cup of Excellence Honduras and the Organic Certified Guatemalan ‘Finca Ceylan’

While we are currently still cupping the Honduras, The organic Guatemalan has been well received by the rest of the team after a number of tasting sessions.

Cupping Notes; exotic flavour and balance, creamy body with hints of smoky and spice. It’s quite full bodied, perfect for a plunger or filter brew.

These origins will be available on our online store very shortly so stay tuned, and remember; you can also come into our roasting facility and grab your specialty coffee in person.
